Review of Black Panther Soul Of A Machine Chapter 2

This chapter takes us back to Wakanda. Black Panther is trying to fight Machinesmith. He consults Takumi Masters to stop the control of Machinesmith over Wakanda. Black Panther and Takumi Masters together find a way to stop Machinesmith by the end of the book, next Chapter will be a fun read too.

My feelings about the book –

The artwork is fabulous. The book starts off from where we left in Chapter 1. I liked the solution that Black Panther found for defeating Machinesmith. I want to expand it more but can’t do it without giving out spoilers, which is against my personal review policy of No Spoiler Reviews.

Characters in the book –

Machinesmith has gained control over the city of Wakanda. Black Panther is trying to find a way to stop this control and ultimately finds it after a sequence of events. Takumi Masters is there to help T’Challa in his mission.

What I didn’t like –

This issue of Black Panther was surely interesting but not mind-blowing. Chapter 1 was better and I hope Chapter 3 will also be a great one.

Predictability –

The solution that Black Panther comes up with to fight Machinesmith is indigenous and was not predictable at all.

Verdict –

This is a nice follow up to the Chapter 1 and I give it 3 stars. I am looking forward to reading Chapter 3 of Black Panther: Soul of Machine.
